Partnering with Schools and Districts, Providing School Psychology Services
PsychEd School Services provides high-quality psychoeducational evaluations for independent schools and districts, in person in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area and virtually throughout North Carolina. Whether you are managing a heavy caseload or covering a leave, we scale to what you need, from a single evaluation to ongoing team support. We work fluently in ECATS and know the NCDPI policies governing services for students with disabilities, so collaboration with your team is seamless.
Available services: record review; social/developmental history; observations; evaluations; ECATS worksheet support; and participation in initial and reevaluation eligibility and IEP team meetings.

Once you’ve decided to partner with PsychEd School Services, we’ll collaborate with your EC Director to establish a contract. You decide how much involvement you’d like from PsychEd School Services, whether it’s a single evaluation with a student or additional support for your team.

After the contract is approved, we’ll promptly schedule and conduct the requested assessments to ensure your students and team receive the support they need. Offered assessments include:
Observations
Adaptive behavior evaluation
Behavior assessment related to autism
Behavioral/emotional evaluation
Educational evaluation
Psychological evaluation

You receive a detailed, high-quality report. Need additional support with ECATS or IEP team meetings? Just ask.

After each case, you’ll receive a survey to share your thoughts on our services. We look forward to strengthening our partnership and supporting your team with future cases.
